Conducting a pre-audit is optional; however, it assists in identifying your system implementation status and gaps, if any.

Management System is a framework of an organisation's policies, processes and procedures. It can be acquired when organizations have established and executed a management system and abide by a code of practices, industrial guidance and other regulations.

Certification will be issued within one month after completing the audit and any related significant non-conformities.

Having your organizational system audited by an independent third-party, such as AQS, can help identify any drawbacks of your existing systems and adequately address these shortcomings. Once it is resolved that the organizational system complies with the standards, validation and certification will arise.

Obtaining an internationally recognized certificate demonstrates your organization as an adaptive organization that is in pace with global practices, furthering customer trust in your products and services. These benefits can have a multifaceted impact on your company, eventually cascading to an increase in market share.

Management System Certification costs depend on the company size, process complexity and business complexity.

It varies from one course to another depending on the individual’s needs. However, classes can have between 4 to 20 candidates.

The training content is based upon class work exercises, observation, homework, practical application, real-life experience discussions, and study. All our courses are intensive, enabling the participants to develop the skills required to sustain an organization in optimizing its business operations, implementing and auditing management systems, etc.

Lead Auditor courses can be accredited, while there is no accreditation for the Lead Implementer course. However, the main difference is in their focus area. If you want to focus your career on auditing, you should choose the Lead Auditor course. If you are a practitioner focused on implementation, you should select the Lead Implementer course.

If you are running a consulting business, you should go for both. Here you’ll learn the implementation techniques and the certification auditor’s criteria. The more certificates you have as a consultant, the more valuable you are.

It takes approximately ten days after the exam date to get the results. The results will be shared through phone calls.

If a candidate doesn't pass the exam on the first attempt, they must wait 15 days for the next attempt as the first retake is free. The rest of the retake fee would apply. After the fourth attempt, a waiting period of 12 months from the last session date is required for a candidate to appear in the same exam (a regular fee applies).

AQS suggests attending an official training for the candidates that fail the exam in the 2nd retake to be better prepared for the next exam. To arrange exam retakes (date, time, place, costs), the candidate must contact our team to register for the upcoming organized session.

The passing score depends on the exam. Each exam has a passing score that might be the same or different from the other exams. It is determined after psychometric analysis. However, exams should have a minimum passing score of 70%.
